This Harris Teeter charges full price on some products advertised at discount. To be able to pay the correct price you will need to keep track of prices and manually adjust it on self checkout. Due a very very low quality, especially fresh produce, we spent thousands there, because the majority of groceries went bad extremely fast and you need soon to return for buy more. Some produce here sold with growing mold. Store has so much spoiled mold growing food they cannot just afford to refund in double everything what is in there, so refund policy “yourdouble guarantee” simply wont to work. Everytime I came I've see spoiled groceries, I called the manager and the issue was simply ignored. I started to return the stuff, first time they said I had to have a receipt, another time I had to bring produce, then I had to provide a VIC card. According to Manager Erica: To purchase with a VIC card is not an option it is an obligation! When I passed an old lady looking for repacked moldy veggies, I politely told her not to challenge her health and after that I collected and brought over 17 packs of moldy stuff to the service center. Manager stated they will only refund what was paid, “yourdouble guarantee” is to ensure our customers feel comfortable trying our top quality Harris Teeter brand products, is limited to $30 purchase and limited for one time per a year, according to customer service specialist Olivia. If you will return next week after purchase and purchase anything over $30, Manager will yell at you: YOU DID IT ON PURPOSE! (Came to their store, brought rotten produce and now trying abuse system to get double refund for doing theirs job)! They tell you: if you see spoiled stuff - just pass by!!! Also You cannot buy, to hold it for 10 minutes and return! If you will hold it for more than a day: you didn’t store it properly! If you will not bring the product but have a receipt: you purchased it somewhere else! If you did not use a VIC card you will be charged points equal to purchase regardless if they were issued or not to you on your purchase.
I have been a solid customer at the seafood department, prime rib, deli, cheeses, fresh produce, meat, poultry. I got spoiled blue cheese on my plate, and I was able to get a replacement. No one ever doubles anything. YOU CANNOT to point to another bad produce if you were refunded last week for some other spoiled stuff! Today, I bothered many workers pulling them from smoking a weed under a sign "free smoke area" trying to bring attention to a horrible issue with repacking spoiled stuff and selling it under new promo buy 2 for $5 and was assaulted back. No sorry, no thank you for doing ours job. It is definitely not the same store as it was 5 years ago.

The store was very clean, several registers were available, friendly/helpful staff, and there was a full service bar with football playing for the guys. They also have karaoke & bingo night! Lol... great local Teeter!

My favorite place to get groceries! Everybody is so nice and friendly. There is even a bar, a starbucks and the carts have wine glass holders!

Is this the flagship location? It's massive! Live music? Indoor bar Friday night lobster and prime rib?!? I was worried after this location caught fire due to some delinquency from a shopper but man you can't even tell. Still looks good as the day it opened.

They have an entire section dedicated to dry aged meats, a clean beautiful looking hot food bar and all the best amenities Harris teeter has to offer. Fresh meats, bakery items, seafood and veggie options! There's always something seasonal being made fresh there.

Now if only I could find those cosmic brownies with the icing.......

This Store is very nice. In my opinion it is the nicest I have been in. The Store is big it has a large variety of products a nice eating area, there even was a musician inside playing when I went.

This Harris Teeter location is probably my favorite store out of all of the HT locations. The store is well laid out, they have a huge selection of items, and various additional services including a huge bar inside the store.

The other amenities at this location to name a few are: Starbucks, pizza bar, salad bar, cheese station, pet supplies area, health and beauty, pharmacy, and gas station.

There are roughly 10 self check out registers so the lines move fairly quickly.

Overall, this Harris Teeter is excellent!
