Best Orthopedic Doctor in South Florida, hands down!! Dr. Botelho truly cares for his patients and you never feel rushed when you are at his office. I came to Dr. Botelho with hip/pelvis and back pain. He quickly diagnosed my injury and is treating me now. 2 weeks after my PRP injections and I am already seeing improvements. George Botelho was wonderful! The office in Boca Raton is located conveniently on Glades and Lyons Rd, a little west of the turnpike exit. He helped me get through my car accident with very little worry and helped guide me through the whole complicated process, also had a shot done to my back but the recovery time was under a day and I was on my feet feeling better right away. If you need an orthopedic surgeon and are in Palm Beach or South Florida area then know you will be in good hands and the first meet, the consultation is usually on the house, plus he takes a variety of insurance companies but not just any, there's a network of ones for board certified doctors that are on his level of expertise. And no I wasn't payed to write this review lol just wanted to leave my comments on my personal experience.

Dr. Botelho is an amazing surgeon, he took the time to explain my husbands shoulder injury in great detail to myself and my husband, Dr. Botelho fixed my husbands shoulder even after his personal injury attorney dropped the case. Dr. Botelho and his staff have been very thorough , professional, and courteous in the care provided to me as a result of an unfortunate car accident. No one wants to be in this situation, but if you are , these are the people to see! Dr. Botelho was very careful in making the correct diagnosis and when it was determined that a spinal injection procedure was necessary (PRP) as well as a brain scan, he and his staff walked me thru a very unfamiliar territory. Angela set up the appointments and follow ups with promptness and accuracy as well as the medical staff at Lakeworth Surgical Center being very experienced and personable in handling a very nervous patient. Dr. Bothelho and his staff have a mobile office set up in the Keys and we are blessed that he and his staff are willing to make the 3 hour drive twice a month to see us. The Keys have suffered recently after hurricane IRMA and now the coronavirus the loss of several good doctors that are badly needed here. We are truly grateful to have a doctor of Dr. Botelho‘s expertise, experience and compassion to take care of us here. He and his staff are doing God’s work and we are lucky to have them.
