Bought 1 kg chicken breast 2 days ago, gave me from old stock. The chicken after bringing home was releasing sticky water, at first I thought it’s because I didn’t wash it but even after cleaning and washing it the pieces were releasing sticky white liquid. Just had to put everything in the bin. Very bad experience! I wish I could write a review without giving any starts!! Horrible

Today morning I bought fish from Indian mini market they said it's fresh and look like fresh fish. months ago I bought fish from here two three times . that was really good that’s why we came again . but today when we cleaned the fish we felt bad smell and the fish not even fresh. At least I can't cut the fish properly . when I cut the fish flush and fish thorn comes separately.we didn’t use that fish for cooking.

The shop is small but stuffed with pretty much every thing you need for Indian cooking. They have a regular supply of fresh vegetables, meat and a range of Indian products including frozen foods. Pleased to note that compared to most other Asian grocers, the owner keeps his prices at a reasonable level. Staff is generally very helpful.

The only downside is the lack of moving space within the store as it is quite a squeeze! However, it won't stop me from shopping there pretty much every week.

I was very displeased to be charged items I didn’t buy and when I asked the cashier he just didn’t seem apologetic or care, completely kept mute and chuck me some coins in return when I paid with my card.

Cheat. At 15.08 on 2/4 my bill was added 3 more items that I did not buy, worthy 52% more than what I should pay. I should have checked, but I trusted them and the shop was busy. I was worried that I slowed people down. I recommend people buy from some whereelse, or check your bill very carefully if you must buy from that shop.

It's a small shop with every thing needed for Indian food. Halal meat is also available. Prices are very pocket friendly

Its a good place. Typical desi shop. Cosy and easy. Its a place thats makes desis feel elated. Its a place where you get those things that are uniquely desi.. no other British supermarkets can get close to the range of items these guys provide. Have you heard of muringa? How about banana flower? Jack fruit? Curry leaves.. these are just few things to mention. There are lot more other items. If you want to try desi cooking, start here. A place for the right ingredients, with people who treat customers as kings.

Good place to get Indian stuff mainly south indian (kerala). The price is reasonable but not much low. Will get whole fish and best to buy beef, lamb and mutton. Negetive is that there is only limited space inside the store that one person can barely walk.
