I don’t understand how Kathy doesn’t have thousands of reviews. I then realized I usually only write a review when it’s not a great experience. And then I realized how wrong that was and who I can write a review for, where my experience has always been exceptional. First person that came to mind was Kathy Fair. I can’t write in a review what she has done for me, how she has been there for me, treated me like she would a daughter. She makes you feel like the only person when she is with you, she is understanding, calm, always comes with the facts. She was there for both my c sections along with Dr. Gross. But she has been there for me since I was 16 and I literally struggled to Move out of state because that meant not being able to see her. Even then she has still been there for me with any questions. I love Kathy and I can’t recommend her enough. She has set the bar so high for me I have already been through 3 OBGYNs where I moved, I have to stop comparing them to Kathy, no one will ever match up. 🫠💙

Black/Dark skinned women BEWARE!!! Since Kathy's office combined forces with these basic ob/gyn offices. For what reason, I have no idea. Let's see how much money you lose, and how many clients you lose. Kathy is losing the reason why she started the business, you're losing your quality of business and service by joining forces with these other doctors. I'm not sure if it was a money move or what. But it was not a good move. You lost me as a client and I am still pursuing legal action against the office of what used to be Kathy Fair. I believe it has something to do with discrimination, possibly because I am what they classify as a black woman. I don't know who owns the company now but Kathy is not in control. The place has become corrupt. The quality of service had already declined, the human experience has already left. It's all about money. Please find another midwife, find another ob/gyn. DO NOT GO THERE! Kathy Fair's office has no loyalty, no morals, and no respect for their past clients who have spent money with them. I had so much respect for Kathy Fair and just like that I lost it all. Maybe I'm not famous enough, maybe I'm not rich enough to be important enough for Kathy to actually respect and have regard for my business. But it's okay. I'll find another midwife that has more regard for pregnant women, one with integrity and a solid foundation. Not one who will sell their soul to the highest bidder. I'm two months pregnant, and completely shocked by how this office had degraded and discarded me as if I was never their patient or client. It is such a shame to be a black woman expecting to be treated like a human. If I was a white woman I'm POSITIVE that this office would not treat me this way. YOU NEVER WIN WHEN YOU PLAY DIRTY. This is why I always have an attorney handy. Because I'm always expecting you sadistic, racist people to mistreat, misuse, and abuse me. AGAIN, YOU NEVER WIN WHEN YOU PLAY DIRTY.

Kathy Fair is amazing. I went to see her after a friend suggested her and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great. My issue with her office is the billing department and whomever submits claims. I received a bill for services and when I called to have the matter rectified and requested the claim be resubmitted correctly, it wasn’t done. I have left multiple messages for the office manager- who doesn’t bother to call back, have contacted billing, and even sent an email (as instructed by someone at the front desk) in order to have the matter taken care of. It’s been months and I am continuing to get bills in the mail from her office. I really liked Kathy, but the lack of response to have this corrected has been annoying to the point where I’m considering finding a new OB altogether.

Kathy is the best ever! She is 10 stars all day. The Billing team on the other hand cant be bothered to return voicemails or emails when you need Billing help. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Sad considering I know Kathy wouldn't want her patients treated this way.
