I've dealt with Mspeed for suspension tuning on a few bikes I've had over the years. Each time it's been a great experience. Today was a stand out experience as I had a very small window of time to get my new bike adjusted. I showed up at 10am and they took me on right away. I had no expectations but they delivered. If you've ever wondered what your motorcycles suspension can do for you, this is the place to come too.

Got my Q3’s installed there and they installed my front tire the wrong direction, only noticed it when I got to the track. Had to pay out of my own pocket to fix their mess up. Called them and left them a message also emailed them to see if I can get reimbursed for their screw up but never got a reply. Few guys at the track said they messed up their front tire too, same Q3 tires. I would never go back to those guys again. Not trust worthy for their work.

Worst service ever. Brought a race bike in that require a decent amount of work. Was told certain dates it would be completely and things got pushed back....by 8 months. Month after month excuses after excuses . I had a lot invested in him and wish I just left and went to another shop when I had the chance. Had to go over my bill multiple times because he tried to charge me for things twice. I will NEVER go to them again or recommend them to anyone. I'm being a bit harsh but when u have trips planned and are promised dates and they mess you around it sure bums you out and gets you pretty angry. This was a large project and he had tons of time but they decided to just let it go.
