I had an amazing experience.!! As someone with a chattering mind & focusing can be very challenge for me. Marcela is lovely, and I really appreciated her vibe and patience. She provided an excellent and very helpful/informative introduction to the session. The experience was profound, and I still think about it often. I would definitely do this again!

I was blessed to of received therapy from Marcela on Tuesday.

The benefits are amazing! After my session I feel a little tender ,so I just took the rest of the day easy and drank a lot of water. The following day I was in such a great mood! It's a magnificent opportunity to be able to get still and heal. It also gave me some insight on what to meditate on at home and other tools to use while going through tough times. Marcela is very experienced and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience and I plan on returning as well. Highly recommend 👌

This was a powerful guided meditation that allowed me to safely bring up my feelings and work through setting the negative thoughts free in a positive way.
Great reminder of our value and that recognizing it in ourselves is a priority.
Now I just need to practice this more!!!

Edi provides a loving, safe space to feel into your visions and dreams in order to find what is blocking you from allowing them to grow.
