Amazing! The only doc to test for EPI. Once confirmed I was able to eat again without doubling over in pain. I am reliant on Pancreatic enzymes fir every but of food. But will take it over suffering. I find Dr. Miller to be a compassionate gastroenterologist, a great researcher, and a doc who truly listens to his patients. After 40 years of suffering; Dr. Miller discovered the issue, placed an accurate diagnosis, and provided treatment. Just wish the price of pancreatic enzymes weren't financially exorbitant!

Dr. Miller and staff are exceptional. I went in for a procedure today and they were competent, considerate and made me feel like my life and my health were in good hands. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of a colonoscopy.

Dr. Miller did a colonoscopy several years ago and everything was ok, however last week, June 22, 2023 I called his office on an emergency. Dr. Miller as well as every other physician in the office were unavailable so I met with a PA. I wasn’t very happy with how she handled me and I complained. It took a few telephone calls before I got to the right person. This lady was the office manager and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She set up a same day appointment and went out of her way to personally met with me as well with Dr. Miller. One cannot ask for better service than that.

Bottom line, sometimes you need to simply ask for a manager to resolve the issues and lets face it. Managers are there for a reason. Just want to say some days one has bad days as well as good days. Dr. Miller and Karen, you are the best. Thank you.

Dr. Miller has now performed 3 surgeries on my hands. Carpal tunnel in both wrists and just recently the removal of a ganglion cyst. All three surgeries were complete successes. He is outstanding and very caring surgeon. His office staff is great as well and the wait time for your appointment is never more than 10 minutes. I highly Dr Miller for any hand issue you may have.

I took my mother-in-law to see Dr Miller to take a look at a cyst that she had on her finger. After he X-rayed her finger, he quickly got her scheduled for surgery. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Dr Miller because he is very compassionate, friendly, and professional. Dr Miller goes above and beyond for his patients. Thank you Dr Miller!

I was referred to Dr. Miller by someone who praised him for his compassion and warmth when dealing with others. After researching Dr. Miller's credentials and seeing that he is both board-certified and fellowship trained in gastroenterology, I decided to make an appointment.

I knew going in that I would have to explain what brought me into the office, and I felt embarrassed about having to describe what I was going through. When I met Dr. Miller for the first time and began explaining why I was there, I was taken aback at how incredibly kind and caring he is. He thoroughly listened to my concerns and quickly developed a treatment plan that would help me get back to my old self. While he is incredibly knowledgeable in his field, I was shocked that someone with his pedigree and busy schedule would take the time to really understand what I was going through. At no point did I feel rushed or judged, and I left feeling optimistic about the plan he put into place.

Any bad reviews I've seen on here do not accurately reflect the true caliber of this rare physician. I feel so lucky to have found and been cared for by Dr. Miller, and I'm grateful that he was who I relied upon to help guide me through a scary and unknown chapter in my life. I'm confident he will do the same for you should you choose him to be part of your treatment plan.

Attended an appointment with my father recently because since he began medications for advanced liver disease - he can hardly walk, can’t drive, is extremely dizzy, etc. The entire process was unprofessional, but I can overlook the office, the support staff, the cleanliness, the comfort level, and let me share the despicable bedside manner of this provider.
My father has an advanced liver disease. Dr Miller reminded him of several things in a very short period of time - 1. He’s a very sick man 2. He “can’te undo the damage” that my father has done to his liver 3. The prognosis is not good.
In the healthcare industry myself, I understand it’s not always puppies and sunshine. HOWEVER, there’s an empathy, a compassion, and a proper delivery when outcomes are less desirable. Dr Miller has zero compassion or finesse in his communication/ delivery. His care and general concern for his patient WAS 100% absent. Looking forward to meeting a new GI in a few days.
Dr Miller, you are in a service industry, and making your patients feel comfortable, happy, and confident in your care is extremely important....even in the WORST case scenarios.

Found his office very unprofessional and his insurance and accounts payable associate to not know about health care policies. Bottom line: they insisted I pay for a 100% covered procedure deductible even though our insurance provider (United Healthcare) explained to them that it is 100 % covered over the phone. After fasting for 1 1/2 days we ended up cancelling the procedure to only have it rescheduled hours later when we faxed a copy of their policy and our insurance providers policy so they can see that indeed it was covered.

Procedure day; all goes well, procedure ends and I am told to sit in the back while recovering from anesthesia for the doctor to come speak to me. I wait, and wait while 8 other patients come and go after speaking to their doctors. Bottom line; he went to lunch and forgot to see me. Yet to hear from him on results, follow up visit, nothing. A nurse apologized profusely and told me that all was good and that he would do a follow up via phone. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. If your seeking a positive experience with a doctor that cares about you and your welfare, move on.
