First let me say doctor Tripp is a fantastic doctor this review is for his staff ! My son saw the doctor trip beginning of august I called to make a appointment and was told the cost would be $150 I asked if they will be able to bill us because I misplaced my wallet and they said yes they believe so ! The following day he was saw the doctor and again he was great . Upon leaving they asked for $250 not sure why it went up $100 anyway I asked them nicely and explain I did not bring any cards or cash with me I misplaced them and I thought I could get billed a lady comes from the back with a huge attitude tells me would I go to Publix get food and leave with out paying I tried to speak with her and she kept getting louder and louder I am not sure how you can compare a medical issue with a grocery store but anyway I told them I Will call them when I get home with my card info they tell me to call before 4:00 I got home later then expected tried to call and could not reach them the following day I still could not find my card so the banks issued new cards that I still have not gotten so I called the dr office explained about the cards and I will have them paid once it’s resolved and asked if the results came back since then I called at least 3 times they always hang up and say we have not gotten any results so today we get a call from the same lady same attitude saying we never paid and if we would do this at Publix maybe she used to work there I don’t know she then goes on saying we never called to leave them know what’s goin on with the payment and why we have not called for the results yet I spoke to someone about the bank issue and called 3 times for results .. maybe the staff should communicate more with each other so they can all be on the same page I should not have to speak with every staff member to keep them up to date

Dr Tripp is a caring and competent doctor He deserves a rating of 4.5.
However, his office staff deserves a rating of -100. They are rude, sarcastic, uninformed, and uncaring. Som examples:
1. Mistakes on pre-procedure sheet were questioned. Responses - oh well, do what you want.
2. Problem at the surgical center after surgery so I called them. Response- Dr Tripp is busy - you’re there - handle it.
3. Office visit to have procedure- not on schedule but told by Dr Trpp to be there at 8:30, “you’ll be seen at 8:31”. Response after 9:00- you have no appointment and have to wait- doesn’t matter what you were told- in a nasty voice accompanied by a grimace and rolling eyes.

I won’t leave Dr Tripp because he’s great but it’s time he reevaluated his staff and sends them for courses on treating patients and common courtesy.

I did not have a good experience. I could not tell you if the doctor was competent or not. We met once and scheduled a biopsy. I can tell you the office staff is overworked and unreliable. They blame others for their mistakes. I needed a biopsy and two months later after many many phone calls to the office two biopsies were scheduled only to be canceled at the last minute.
I now have to wait for another two months for another specialist to see me. Dr Tripps office failed me. I hope my issues do not result in me being unessasarily sick...

I found Dr. Tripp to be very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. His staff is friendly and helpful. His office is very busy but efficiently run. I'm 90 yrs old and have gone to him for the usual old guys problems. I found him to be considerant and conservative. I highly recommend Dr. Be Jamin Tripp.

No complaints about Dr Tripp or his staff.
Only suggestion is that there should be another way to get through to the office. I've been trying for two hours and the phone is busy or just rings and rings..
If we could send a text or email and have someone return the call...

Dr. Tripp is very knowledgeable but it felt like he was more concerned with maximizing billing than caring for my Dad. He wanted to schedule 3 additional visits for tests for a minor issue because supposedly Medicare wouldn't allow (=pay for) the tests to be done together. Not good for an 87-year-old man with mobility issues.

I was extremely impressed after my encounter with Dr. Tripp. He is extremely intelligent and compassionate. His patients are lucky to have him and I give him the highest recommendation possible.

Dr. Tripp is very nice. Unfortunately, I had to change doctors because of the incompetence and rudeness of his office staff. I was shaken by how poorly they treated a patient!
