Sales representative Jackie is very rude. She needs some customer service training. You don’t put your hand up and tell a customer to stop talking. Never experience this at any Versona stores.

Today I walked into Versona I was greeted with a welcome and left alone, just the way I like it, undisturbed!
They had a nice variety so I was excited, after I gathered a hand full of items (only halfway through the place), Lesly came to the rescue, she took those and set up a dressing room for me so I could continue my shopping, she also helped with exchanging the sizes for me as I tried out all my finds, she made sure I had everything I needed.
Once all done and ready for check out, I was greeted by Lorena with a happy sincere smile and she also made sure I had everything and was happy for my finds.
The reason I know these ladies name is because I asked. I wanted to give notice of the excellent customer service I received and commend them by name.

The store closes at 8pm however they close the dressing rooms at 7:30 to “clean”. Which I watched and they put back three items, just laziness and resulted in myself and other shoppers putting back all our items we planned on buying since we can’t try anything on.

The employees also roam around at 7:25 to happily let you know you won’t be trying anything on. Lack of management!

Where do I even begin?! 100/10.
-Was greeted immediately, and offered assistance when needed.
-Clean and organized. (Even smelt fantastic!)
-affordable , and up with trends.
-Absolute sweethearts for workers!

I want to personally thank each worker for being incredible, and having patience with me during my time in their store. Onika, the store manager, is incredible! She helped me find an entire outfit along with accessories, that is rare! and the girl at the register (montana?) for walking me through the return process (as I have trust issues due to previous experience ) and even personally wrote on the receipt that if I wasn’t happy with the merchandise, I could return it and get my money back! For that, I’m grateful and will be a repeating customer!

Great experience. Each member I interacted was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks for the advice from the staff, I specifically went inside searching for shoes, I walked out with a whole outfit! The prices are reasonable and I left feeling like i had my own personal stylist.

Shopped the mall with no luck trying to find a gift for my wife. This was my last stop. To my surprise the sales lady up front greeted me with the first hello all shopping day. She put together an outfit for me and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Best customer service in all of North Star Mall.

I liked the sales racks a lot that they had up and theres great sense of fashion and accessorizing all over the store.

Employees were okay but seemed a little annoyed with any little bit of stress they were put under for example opening a dressing room.

I will definitely go back (:
