I like wondries toyota, and I like John Kan and Grdon Li the most. They are good and considerate, which is why I come here. The original appointment was at 9 o'clock, but I came at 8 o'clock. John Kan immediately registered me and processed it very quickly. It was great! These two also speak Mandarin very well, and there is no barrier to communication. I hope toyota will get better and better. Toyota SOS was so fast!!! 5min coming !!!

Service center will keep your car overnight and not let you know you can ask for a late pick up. Keep in mind service closes at 6p and I arrived by 6:15p. Not so late. Tied calling several times close to 6 but no answer. Service consultant Danny Llamas did not give me a receipt on initial talk and did not mention he could leave of left my keys with the receptionist. Sales tried to help but no luck and turned me away.

All around good experience buying a pre-owned Toyota. Moses, our salesman, did an excellent job of working with us. Some minor touch ups were done for us and a few days later we picked up our car and Sergio made good on our dealings with Moses. Adolfo, the finance manager, was flexible in his offerings to us concerning extras we wanted and those we didn’t want. All of the personnel at Wondries Toyota were polite, friendly, helpful, respectful, and met us with caring greetings. I will go back to Wondries for cars to buy in the future. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership. At first, they quoted me $29,000 as the lowest price for the car I was interested in. However, when I visited Longo Toyota, their out-the-door price was only $27,000 WITHOUT a trade-in! What’s worse, the staff here tried to act like they knew me. One of them claimed to have sold me two cars before (not true), and their stories kept changing. This was actually my first time at their dealership, so I knew they were lying to make themselves look good. To make matters worse, they tried to sell me the car for $29,000 WITH a trade-in, which makes no sense. Do they think their customers are stupid? This kind of dishonest behavior is unacceptable, and I will never come back to this dealership. Save your time and money—there are much better options out there.

Aldo and the sales team helped my wife and I find the exact car we were looking for. After emailing tons of dealerships to try to find what we wanted, Aldo continued to keep us informed on what allocations were available and when the perfect car finally came in he was quick to let us know so we could come and purchase. Aldo made the purchase process of our first new vehicle quick and unintimidating for my wife and I. Thanks Aldo!

Do a little research and go literally anywhere else to get your car serviced. They will nickel and dime you for stuff they were supposed fix during the last two service appointments. Stuff that was covered under my initial warranty that they never fixed or “couldn’t diagnose” are magically present now that they can charge $1000 for it. Then they have the nerve to attempt to sell me another car!! Like I would give them a single dollar more than I absolutely must. Criminals!!! My experience here has me questioning if I’ll ever buy another Toyota. This place grosses me out.
